Petkim ranked first in the Aegean Exporters' Association's "Stars of Export 2023" list, both in the general ranking and in the chemistry category this year.
Petkim, one of the group companies of SOCAR Türkiye, Türkiye's largest integrated industrial group, became the Aegean Region Export Champion. According to the Aegean Exporters' Associations' (EİB) 2023 Stars of Export lists, Petkim ranked first in both the general category and the chemistry category.
At the "Stars of Exports Award Ceremony" organized by the Aegean Exporters' Associations, Petkim's award was presented to Kanan Mirzayev, Acting President of SOCAR Türkiye Refinery and Petrochemicals Business Unit.

Petkim, Türkiye's first and only integrated petrochemical facility, continues to achieve successful results thanks to its integration with the STAR Refinery and effective planning and optimization efforts. Petkim became the export champion of the Aegean Region in 2023, as it has been for many years, with direct and indirect exports totaling USD 557 million at the end of 2023.
