Elchin Ibadov: “We Create Added Value for the Transformation Process Through Our Integrated Structure”

Commenting on the exhibition, SOCAR Türkiye CEO Elchin Ibadov said:

"Transformation in the energy sector is no longer shaped solely by production capacity; it is increasingly driven by technology, sustainability, and integrated business models. As Türkiye’s largest foreign direct investor, with approximately USD 19.5 billion in investments, we contribute to reducing the country’s energy-related current account deficit by meeting around 20% of Türkiye’s demand for refined petroleum products. Through the strong synergy among our group companies, we have established a comprehensive strategic energy ecosystem spanning refining, petrochemicals, logistics, and renewable energy. With our focus on digitalization and R&D, we continue to contribute to the transformation of the sector while supporting Türkiye’s vision of becoming a regional energy hub."
